We took part in the Cambridge to Tamahere kayak trip down the beautiful Waikato River. It was so much fun and as it was my first kayak trip I found it a lot easier than I thought it would be. Our lunch was included plus a snack to have on the way. We definitely recommend!

Glowworm Tour was amazing!
What an awesome tour! Blake was a great guide. Wine on the banks of the river, then kayaking in the dark - the glow worms were just amazing! Unforgettable adventure-really well done!

Excellent Glowworm tour!
Had a great evening kayaking into the unknown, stopping for some hot chocolate and toasted marshmallows then down to business in the dark and seeing the awesome sight of glow worms then back across the river in the dark. The night sky was amazing without any light pollution!

Wonderful location. Lake Karapiro was beautiful and still on the day of our visit, and perfectly suitable for less experienced kayakers and younger children. The mix of open lake and narrower inlets provided a nice variety. We thoroughly enjoyed our kayaking experience

Fantastic kayak tour!
What a fun tour, the whole family thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The two tour guides, James and Harvey made it even better. Quite a bit of light banter to lighten the mood and entertain us all. Highly recommended and would love to do it again.
